If you purchased zebrix or digital signage devices through an audiovisual or IT integrator, we invite you to contact them first for technical support.
You can open an incident or submit a request in three different ways:

You're in the right place. This portal allows you to create and track the progress of your support request. Each request receives a unique ticket number that allows you to see the progress as well as the responses to your request. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
